EC Competition Rules
Short Description:
May 1st, 2004: The day of EU enlargement, the day the EC Competition Law reform came into force. This website offers guidelines as to the application of EC Competition rules. Experts in this field have elaborated guidelines for you. You are invited to search the database for commented decisions and preliminary questions of the highest courts of Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovenia.
