Database of case studies of transposition, implementation
and compliance with EU law
Description:
The database presents a comprehensive overview of case study research investigating the transposition, implementation, and compliance with EU law at the national level. The database presents analytical summaries of the more than 80 studies comprising more than 350 cases, including information on the scope of the research (countries, policy sectors, time periods, etc.), the state of compliance reported, and the causal relationships studied. The database also provides an easy way to compare findings across the population of case studies. The database is free and will be regularly updated.
The database has been developed by Dimiter Toshkov, Lisa Wewerka and Moritz Knoll with support of the Institute for European Integration Research of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.

Implementation -
Database of quantitative (statistical) studies of transposition, implementation
and compliance with EU law
Description:
The database presents a comprehensive overview of the existing quantitative (statistical) research on the application of EU law in the member states. The aims of the database are to ease comparisons across studies and to facilitate academic dialogue in the field of EU implementation research.
The database is regularly updated. It is free of charge and available to all.
If you use the Implementation database for academic research, please provide a reference or an acknowledgement.
The database has been developed and is managed by Dimiter Toshkov with the support of the Institute for European Integration Research of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.

List of Interinstitutional Agreements
Description:
One aim of the EIF research project "Fabric of Governance - Interinstitutional Agreements
in the European Union" was to produce a hitherto unprecedented compilation of a comprehensive
list of interinstitutional agreements (IIAs) concluded between EU institutions. The chronological
list of IIAs offers information on the content and source of the agreement, participating
institutions and (if available) links to the respective documents.

EC Competition Rules
Description:
This database offers decisions of the highest courts of Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary,
Poland and Slovenia. Experts in the field of competition law have commented these cases
in their respective mother tongue and written English abstracts. Furthermore you may
search for preliminary references concerning the interpretation of EC competition rules.
