The database presents a comprehensive overview of case study research investigating the transposition, implementation, and compliance with EU law at the national level. The database presents analytical summaries of the more than 80 studies comprising more than 350 cases, including information on the scope of the research (countries, policy sectors, time periods, etc.), the state of compliance reported, and the causal relationships studied. The database also provides an easy way to compare findings across the population of case studies. The database is free and will be regularly updated.
The database has been developed by Dimiter Toshkov, Lisa Wewerka and Moritz Knoll with support of the Institute for European Integration Research of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.

The database is regularly updated. It is free of charge and available to all.

list of interinstitutional agreements (IIAs) concluded between EU institutions. The chronological
list of IIAs offers information on the content and source of the agreement, participating
institutions and (if available) links to the respective documents.
